  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, add puffed rice, oats, coconut oil, nuts/seeds, cinnamon, salt, and honey. Mix until combined
  2. Add mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes and then stir the mixture so it bakes evenly and add in dried fruit. Continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes until granola is golden brown. This timing may vary due to slightly different oven temperatures.
  3. Let completely cool and store in an airtight container, will last approximately 2 weeks – if you can make it last that long!
